[V8] Bump stops

FWIW I replaced my front strut inserts at around 80k.  The strut mounts 
didn't need replacing I felt so I went for it. The main reason I didn't 
replace the mounts was that I knew the struts were having 
issues....vibrating steeing wheel syndrome, but there was no sound form 
the front end and I decided to take a shot. I buught for cheap the strut 
nut wrench  and did the job myself in my garage, then when the car next 
went for its oil change in a couple of months, I had the wheels aligned 
at the shop.  Still no sign of strut mount wear at nearly 90k.
