[V8] 1990 Audi v8 Coolant temp sensor

Coolant temperature sensor for the ECU is white and is located on the rear
of the passenger cylinder head.

There's two additional coolant sensors that are black (driver side cylinder
head and radiator) but they're wired to the instrument cluster. The cluster
does some comparison logic of those signals to run the radiator fan and
temp gauge.
