[V8] Coding Plug (Engine Harness)

Anyone familiar with how the ECU harness coding plug works? It's a 6-pin
tan connector with jumper wires near the kostal connectors.

I would like to remove the EGR system on my '93. From what the archives
have said, only USA California models have these systems (other states and
counties did not).

I've ruled out ECU software since all North American ABH have the same part
number...which leaves the coding plug.
