While I really miss my clutch pedal, I have to admit the tiptronic is very nice. The biggest problem is if in manual mode I sometimes forget to shift! Actually in sport mode it behaves very nicely when descending a twisty road. It holds lower gears well and gives the same engine brake effect a manual does. Fun fact - you can not power brake a tiptronic! The engine just returns to idle if you try. Curse you electronic throttle control!

Mine is nicer than this five speed, has half the miles and no left foot flailing required. The "boy racer" in me has definitely taken a back seat! Zoom, zoom.....
