[V8] Blower motor

Something I don't miss since I've mothballed the Audi fleet. 
Coincidentally, I'm replacing the blower motor on my 1987 Mercyless Benz 
300TD.  
First time it's being changed, the one in the car was factory installed, 
27 plus years, so they do seem to last in some teutonic beasts.  ;-)

I thought I mentioned this here recently ... the *best* trick for
reassembling the box IMO is Tony Lum's idea of inserting soda straws on
the
vane pivot pins and inserting the straws into the appropriate holes in
the
blower box shell as you are sliding it back together.  Actually, I
suppose
THE best trick would be to have the Audi tool which holds the vanes in
place
...
