[V8] Instrument cluster flakiness

So I've had a problem with the IC for some time and have had no luck in
seeming to fix it.

I tried another cluster today and it does the same thing. So I tried a 3rd
cluster and it also does the same thing.

The oil pressure gauge goes right to the max pin as soon as I turn on the
power with the key.

Other gauges have been acting up as well, so I assumed I knew exactly what
was going on based on my experience with the 91 5spd. However that cluster
is different than the later ones.

Anyway, I'm going to focus on the oil pressure sender now.

I am writing this to ask if there is some sort of IC controller box like an
ECU that I might also consider.
