The only plug wire set's I've bought were Bosch and were somewhere around $250.....When I first got Lago I asked the dealer what a wire set would be, and they said they only sold them individually(with different prices for the individual wires).....It added up to something like $1100 for the set + 2 coil wires....HA.  
I'll bet if you just removed them/dielectric greased/and replaced plugs if they need it, might be all it is.  If your wires are original, then even with the low mileage, you'll feel the difference.  I replaced Lago's around 75K(12 yrs?) or so and it was noticeable.  Glad you are enjoying your car again.  If you/wrench finds one bad one, and want to be cheap/free, let me know as I've got spares.....Tom
