[V8] 94 v8 drivers seat backrest

Recently quit adjusting.

After more than a couple hours of docking around I finally remembered that
in order to get the seat back far enough to get to the bolts, you have to
clip the zip ties to remove the spacer blocks.

Determined the backrest more works. Swapped control unit from another seat
and problem solved.

Going to open up the control unit box and see what it looks like.
