[V8] Road trip

Hey Ed, interesting about the difference at sea level....Since I live 51ft above sea level, and used to go up in your neck of the woods a lot, the only car I've owned that didn't seem to notice the altitude much was the V8.  My old Saab's had 2 marks filed into the distributor....One for Grand Junction....Other one for Breckenridge.  Recall it was 1 degree advance for each 1000ft.  If I forgot to adjust timing on way up pass.....car could only do about 45 around Eagle.  I'm guessing on the V8, the Air Mass Meter is the only thing to do any adjusting?
