Worth a look I would think. If you could pull the TB cover to see if it's intact that would be helpful. Should be worth $1500.00 just as a parts car, not many 1993s out there. It's hard to tell if the paint on the top surfaces is peeling or just dirt. Could be baked to a crisp from the sun down there.
