[V8] Low miles V8 - Houston

There's a shiny Pearl 5-speed on Motorgeek for $3500/offer in VT...If anyone buys that Houston car, I've got a black interior that's out of a 125K car that's night/day nicer than that, and needs to leave my basement(of course shipping is $$$$).  Thinking this got baked in the Texas sun for more than a few years.  Mileage says it's sat longer than it ran, so at this point, might not necessarily be a good thing....If it doesnt run/runs crappy/has all tranny lights on, it's a $1000/less car.  Pretty sure Tony Hoffman's shop was near Houston......Paging Tony Hoffman.
