[V8] UFO brake upgrade

I have UFOs on 2 cars, G60s on 2 cars and Porsche big brakes on one. UFOs
are significantly better than G60s.
I haven't had to buy a new set of UFO rotors ever in 17 years. However
about 10 years ago I found a fairly new set on a car in a junkyard, pads
and all. Just changed those pads a couple months ago. Rotors are still
good. Car has been mostly daily driven during this time. It's time (past
time) for another timing belt service.
I have fit a couple sets of 16-inch wheels over the Porsche big brakes. I'm
a bit of a wheel whore (understatement). Both types of urS 16s fit with a
5 or 10mm spacer. It's tight but they do work.
I have been slowly whittling down my wheel collection. I've sold all 17s
except one set, 5-spoke A6 2.7tt wheels. I've grown very fond of looking at
them on the Opal Mica 91 v8 5spd which will ultimately be the recipient of
the big brakes off my wrecked 200q20v avant.
I have another set of big brakes that will go on one of the 4.2 V8s with
g60s. One of them has cross-drilled rotors which basically do nothing
compared to the other.
I've watched all the brake upgrade developments and ideas and am interested
in an OEM solution as well. I won't be upgrading a UFO-equipped car though.
