[V8] manual trans engine differences

The cranks themselves are the same. Although, your post did jog my memory
about other physical differences: the upper oil pan, damper, and timing
belt. On a manual car the oil pan is less "tall" at the bell housing,
probably a similar height to your modified oil pan.
I do not remember the reason for the slight damper difference, though.
