[V8] V8 timing belt tools

The Bentley has a great detailed procedure. I would follow it. E.g.: the cam bolt torque is at least 35 lbs/ft as I recall. I actually think it is 45. Definitely not 16.
I recommend using a torque wrench for everything.
The crank bolt takes something like 280 lbs/ft torque. You need a good tool to get it off/on.
