[V8] What to do?

I just sold a Mercedes 250SEC that's been rusting away in my barn
lean-to for nearly 40 years to Gullwing Motor Cars
https://www.gullwingmotorcars.com/ rather than scrap it. I'm cleaning
out my barn so I can sell the property and would not have time to part
out anything.
