[V8] progress, or lack of same

Had one semi-serious tickle from the list, I think he was in the NE somewhere. Went quiet.


Reluctantly, I took a deep breath, went to C/L and placed an ad for my V8.


#1, "oh yeah oh yeah gotta have it be right there" . . . disappeared.

#2, "What's the VIN?" Supplied same, that was that.

#3, "Do you guarantee that can I drive it to California as is?" Didn't bother to reply.

#4, Looked at picture, it didn't show the driver's seat outer bolster and he was convinced I was 
hiding something, sent a picture of same as demanded (!), no further response. (The bolster is just 
fine, it just isn't in the picture.)

#5, Inquiry from SW Florida, sent pictures, no response.

#6, Dealer somewhere in south Florida wanted to take it as a trade on something else ("We have a 
beautiful low mileage one owner Renault Alliance!!!! Drive it over and we'll talk!!!!")

Haven't heard from the overseas certified check and wire us the change guys yet, but I'm hopeful ;-)

Sheesh.
