[V8] ignition lock

Hey Ed, did you ever solve your lock problem?  I also would assume most are same, but have never been good with numbers, especially those from a german company that makes up many numbers for the same thing to "make Germany great again".  I recently was at my dealer asking about lock stuff and in they're system was a part #(don't have it) for just the lock pins(so a good locksmith could rekey tumbler).  Guy was new so said he'd call back as it didn't show inventory/no inventory/something he didn't get.  I then had used tumbler at the good locksmith, and he said if he couldn't source them(couldn't see why not), he'd sit down and make them if need be("might take awhile" with no guesstimate of what that meant.  He never called back, and since it wasn't for me, forgot about it till now.  Assuming you've got some spares, would rekeying a less worn tumbler fix the problem?
