[V8] Oil Pressure Sender

I thought VDO still made a M16 0-5bar sender but I can't seem to find it.
Other option is to get an M16 adapter and get one of the cheaper, more
readily-available senders from Amazon. The Audi stuff is all VDO standard
10-180 ohms, 2-post.
