[V8] Voltage regulator

I want to say yes - but it is probably easier to pull the alternator. 
If you pull it, you can do a rebuild - clean up the slip rings, test diodes, replace bearings, yada yada.

My recollection is it was not that hard to take out. Have a pin to lock the belt tensioner (I use a drill bit)
