  NO, NO!!!   They all come up here or to Oregon and try to implement
the lamebrain ideas that ruined the government there!
  Had a guy tell me that his transplanted CA neighbor wanted him to sign
a petition to shut down the nearby wind machine and stop the helicopters
from flying over the house in the early morning.  The wind machine breaks
up the stratified air layers and keeps the apple blossoms from freezing, thus
protecting the crop and the local economy.  The helicopters apply the sprays
that protect the trees and crops.  :P  Idiot!
