My recommendation.  Spend the $40 bux and get the tow dolly.  You can load a
dead car one one fairly painlessly without winches, tools, or whatever.  How
I do it is to align the tow dolly as closely as possible to dead even with
the car.  Leave yourself a bit of "running room."  Roll window down so that
you will be able to steer if needed, and grab the parking brake.  Build up
as much speed as you can pushing the car from the driver front window.  You
are only looking for enough to get the car at least halfway up the ramps, so
that they don't act like an anchor.  Grab brake set to hold car in
"position" with the parking brake set and in neutral.  Hop into tow vehicle
and back carefully untill the front tires drop into the wells of the tow
dolly.  Secure the car and release the parking brake.  Unloading the car is
even easier.  Undo the straps and set the brake.  Pull forward with the tow
vehicle slowly untill ramps begin to drag on the ground.  Get into dead car
and release the brake.  It'll roll off the rest of the way on its own.
