How much did the rebuild cost? I'm appalled that in the Washington, DC area I got
quoted about $500 for a rebuild, and from more than one shop. This is where you
drop off and pick up the head too!

BTW, who wants to see pictures of my undertaking this labor day weekend (Swapping
TD motors in the '85 Jetta)? If anyone does, I'll see if I can borrow work's
digital camera and take my laptop home this friday.
