[Vwdiesel] injection pump timing

I was thinking about that one last night, but I wasn't sure what
it looked like in there :)  Glad you guys brought it up today!  On my TD
from a Quantum I think I have the 0, but on the Rabbit I don't think
it's there, but instead there's a funky projection on the flywheel,
maybe 3-4mm across, that looks rather like a pointer.  Enough like it
that I set my timing there the first time, whoops!  Read about it
somewhere I think, appears to be a holdover from either '80 or pre '80,
not needed anymore in my '82.
