 Check the sensor wire.  Make sure it's on and not pinched somewhere.
 My Dasher would blink whenever the SS turbo supply line would get
against it and ground the wire.  It may have gotten pinched or hung
up somewhere during the gasket replacement.  Or plugged on the
wrong sensor?
