I'd not recommend that attaching method. The dryer vents experience little 
more than 1 or maybe 2 psi of pressure differential. The turbo boost can go 
up to 20 psi. Duct (or as originally, unofficially, designated by the US 
Army, duck tape) won't hold up to this amount of pressure and the piping will 
blow off in short order.
