  Gee, I guess I should go in to the custom rebuild business if they're that
hard to find reasonably!  The scary thing is most machine shops want to bore
them out with more clearance than they're supposed to have.  Probably want to
grind the crank with more than factory clearance too.  :P  Just try and find
someone who will set up the rebuilt head by grinding stem length to put you
back in the 3.70 shim range!
