  You'd have to jack the engine awfully high!  The shaft comes out of the
middle of the engine and is about 2' long.  You gotta clear that fender!  I
don't honestly think it can be done without pulling the engine.  In an A1
body it's about a 45 minute job to drop the engine.  :)  The easiest way
to do the bearings is with a cam bearing tool.  There are hone to fit and
no hone bearings.  I've had to hone the no hone ones.  :(  Supposed to
be no-hone ones anyway.
