[Vwdiesel] Need a 1.6TD or na head/ What is pressure testing?

I took two heads into the shop hoping to rebuild the best one. After pressure
testing the shop said they are both "leakers" and I need to shop for another
head. Does anyone have a good head for sale and what is pressure testing? I
have a 85TD.
