This prompts a question. Ever since I bought my '85 Jetta TD (in 1990 w/
56,000 miles on it) Both front seats can be "rocked" quite easily in their
seat tracks by firmly grasping the seat and and pushing and pulling on tit.
At one time I replaced the nylon guides on the seat legs that fit into the
tracks. Did not help any. Do all the A-2 front seats do this? The seats are
secure, but this seems to be a poor design.
