[Vwdiesel] Master Diesel US import & domestic list?

Hi,
The thread last week concerning the narrow variety of diesels imported or
sold in the US made me wonder if a list had ever been compiled of the makers
and models that actually sold on our shores.   It would be a great resource
to know what was out there.
