The Welsh system has two flow rates, idle and run. The system I am running
now only has one flow rate and that is when boost reaches 10 psi. The only
real control you have is on the amount of propane being injected. I have
experimented with my system and found that a flow pressure of about 12 psi
is enough to give good boost but it comes on smoothly. Any higher than that
and it is a harsh jerky transition. One of the commercial systems
(Powershoot or Bully Dog) I believe has a variable injection rate based on
the boost but I am not sure.

The dual fuel system is not fully installed yet. I had to take time this
weekend to fix a problem with my Caddy but the seller tells me that there is
a power boost. that is to be expected due to the presence of the propane.
How much is still to be seen. As far as the tax information, as I read it
you can write off the whole $1500 on line 32 of Form 1040 as a tax deduction
this lowers the taxable income. I think that this is correct as I don't
have a new tax form in front of me. My guess is that the IRS would be the
best source for exact information. What info I have I downloaded from the
IRS web site. There are links from the Welsh Technologies website. Hayden
