[Vwdiesel] 1.9 NA

AFAIK Canada never saw a 1.9 NA in any platform.  The 1.9TD, on the other
hand, came in 93+ Golf, Jetta (until 97) and 93+ Passat (until 96)  The
1.9 TD was replaced by the 1.9 TDI on all platforms, with limited (near
zero) TDI A3 Golfs.

Of course, if you take a 1.6 NA pump and exhaust manifold, you're close to
a 1.9 NA.  The intake takes some work as the 1.9 uses oddly shaped intake
ports.
