North American Diesel Cruisers were not available in USA, only Canada,
starting in 1978.  AFAIK, no Diesel Toyotas were available in North America
after 1987.  Diesel PU's were offered ( but very few actually imported) from
82-86 in USA.
Sorry about the waste of BW, now we return to regularly scheduled VW diesel
programming.
