  Actually, the H2 is built on a modified pickup chassis and really has
nothing in common other than a family resemblance with the REAL Hummer, the
H1.  H2s are really just tarted up, expensive Tahoes with quasi-ugly
bodywork.  IMHO.

 H1s were available in either gas or diesel but the civilian model was built
with more gas engines than diesel, I think.
