  Those can be nasty when they stick.  Usually red hot and working it back
and forth rather than just backing it out works best.  Usually bad sticking
like that is carbon jammed in around the threads.  The pipe wrench should
be a good one as long as it locks in well and isn't sloppy.
  Buy a proper size and pitch tap and use it on the threads!  It's MANDATORY
that the holes are free and clear of crud, oil or coolant!
