[Vwdiesel] Where to get parts? (revisited)

At the advice from some members, I checked out Bus Depot for parts. I have
an ETKA cd that gives me VW part #s. I looked up those part #s on Bus
Depot's website and found what I thought I needed. I called just to make
sure and the person I talked to wasn't very friendly or helpful. He didn't
know anything about the parts or what they fit. Is there someone that I
should ask for there? Their prices seem to be pretty good, and according to
their parts lookup, they have alot of what I want. Thus far, they haven't
shown good service, and that of course is important. Any thoughts?
