[Vwdiesel] injection pump: turbo on NA?

So my rabbit needs a new injection pump.  I was wondering if a turbo
injection pump could be put on a NA engine.  If this is the case, I
would probably look into getting David Ratzlaff's $150 Jetta TD.  Since
the engine is toast, I would just take the pump and put it on the
rabbit.  Cheaper than a $400 rebuilt from vwdieselparts.com.
