[Vwdiesel] Third person talk and power

On power...mine only flickered several times. I did have a UPS fail, causing
me to get a new one. In the area, there are about 150,000 homes without
electric power. Makes me think about the idea of using an old 1.6NA
as a 1800 RPM generator...

On the 3rd person. Reminds me. Earlier this year, when my son's basketball
team was ranked #2 nationally, they were at Primetime Shootout in NJ.
The #1 ranked nationally, St. Vincent St. Mary was there, complete with
their star player, Lebron James. He received more attention than wanted
when the Ohio basketball authorities ruled that he had received compensation
accepting some expensive signed jerseys in exchange for an autograph session.
Well, David and Lebron sat back to back at breakfast at the hotel, and
high school basketball players being what they are, tend to trash talk.
Furthermore, David is a skilled debater, and rapidly picked apart Lebron's
style, including his propensity to use third person. All of this probably
had little effect on Lebron, however, David's team got great delight.
For a couple of weeks, they were doing third person Lebronisms.

When I'm out in the cold working on my broken iron, I can now take great
delight in muttering third person Hagarisms. Zinc grease for Val's
salty parts, and teat balm for val's chapped hands.
