[Vwdiesel] Is my block salvageable?

Yes, my camera doesn't have a macro function and that is as close as I can
get without it really blurring. I'll try to come up with something better
but I appreciate you trying.  I didn't realize decking was an option
either. How would I make up for the material removed? My original gasket is
a 3 hole.
