[Vwdiesel] I Split my spaceship

The wastegate has a extra small hose that goes to the hose before turbo,
so that there is always a small amount of airflow which should keep oil
out. There is no way for oil to exit the "spaceship?" If the "spaceship"
were fill of oil, would it have a adverse effect on its operation?
Certainly the weight wouldn't be a issue (the spring is apparently very
stiff) and the oil should just flow like hydraulic fluid, and apply
pressure. I think heavy grease would be a problem, but not engine oil.
My engine has virtually no detectable blowby at idle (takes a few
seconds to even build up any pressure when my thumb is over the
crankcase breather) but I am sure it still has some under heavy
boost/high rpm, so I plan to build a large "oil trap" tin can, to help
prevent oil from entering the intake and causing problems, also I might
be able to put some back in the engine and save money (Amsoil series
3000 is over $6/qt even with my dealer discount). Currently I think I
lose about 1qt/4000 miles, likely much of that comes out through the
crankcase breather when the combustion pressure is very high.
