[Vwdiesel] Jetta Engine in "The Thing" ?

The VW Type 181 (aka Thing) used an air-cooled flat-four Type 1 Bug motor.
Anything is possible. With enough money, that is. Swapping an air-cooled
flat-four with a water-cooled inline four wouldn't be easy or cheap.
