Probably a Westfalia conversion, but there were a couple of other camper
conversions done by other companies as well.

If it's rustfree, probably about $4,000, or more depending on condition of
other components like interior, steering, brakes, color, etc. However, given the
state of the economy, it might be hard to get a good price right now. I've seen
some really nice westies going for a lot less money on ebay than they would have
3 years ago. I sold my '73 with an '81 engine in it on ebay last Summer, bids
only went up to $600, and my reserve was $1500, but mine was very rusty. I sold
it later to one of the bidders for $1200, and threw in an extra non-running '81
engine. He drove up to WI from TX to get it, said he was just going to use it
for parts.

Go to http://www.vanagon.com and http://www.type2.com for those
lists. Because of the economy, if she doesn't have to sell it, I'd wait or at
least put a big reserve if listing on ebay.
