[Vwdiesel] steering rack r&r

Ouch! I'm glad I haven't had to do this one yet. I guess the good part is the
oem tie rods seems to last forever, so it's likely not a common repair -
mine were still fine after 480k km. (85 Jetta w/o P/S).
