Forrest I followed your threads the best I could , and it looks like you ar=
e perfect case for proving the hillbilly fine tuning procedure.  You have b=
ottle and you can make a run on diesel with heavy oil added,  try it.
Sounds like dynamic timing problem to me.       Here is a nifty way to test=
 if your timing piston is moving at all.   After a drive (before drive take=
 wire of cold start lever).       With engine running stick a hand down and=
 turn lever , there should be resistance to feel the piston spring is STRON=
G=2EThen speed engine up to 3000 about RPM and arm should feel freer piston=
 no longer touches cam. If you can feel cam your problem is timing."DYNAMIC=
