[Vwdiesel] Head bolt tightening for 1.9 diesel with steel gasket

In proper sequence:

Stage I   40 Nm
Stage II  60 Nm
Stage III 1/4 turn
Stage IV  1/4 turn

That's it.  No tightening after warm up and no tightening after 1000
miles.
