[Vwdiesel] gaskets and seals

I've always used whatever oil the seal is sealing on
the new seal's lip. I've read from numerous sources to
do this. This is to prevent the seal lip from being
worn from the dry shaft it is sealing on initial use.
Gaskets do not get oiled, except the oil filter gasket
to keep it from sticking.
