  There's an o-ring and a washer.  I had the same problem and figured that
wasn't enough to do it but sure enough it did.  I think the o-ring seats
against
a lip, the washer rests against a bulge in the tube and you press the two
together to squash the o-ring a bit.  Be sure the "funnel" on the top of the
tube is good too.
  I ordered them from my supplier.  Didn't have to go to the dealer.  :)
