I remember going through this with someone recently.  There are a couple
drilled bosses on the bottom end of the A/C bracket, that bolts to the
block bracket IIRC.  One drilled boss is for the PS or not used.  I don't
remember which but the problem was someone using the wrong hole
and the tensioning brackets or whatever not lining up.  It takes a bit of
trial and error to get it all correct.
  I also had to grind almost 1/4 inch off of the tensioner post on mine.
It was throwing the belt geometry off by that much!
