You could try a box spanner... not got one? get a piece of suitable tubing ;
clothes wirligig ; childs swing etc ... take out that spare plug you must have
lying around...find a hard surface..kerb stone; 28lb scales weight/metalwork
vice etc... and hammer (forge) one to suit using the plug plumber's
stilsons/drill hole for torque bar...
