[Vwdiesel] Help evaluating Jetta TDI?

The light is not a big deal but indicates a fault.  Possibly a glow plug 
relay, glow plugs or the harness.  $300 tops to repair everything in 
terms of parts.

The road noise is normal for that year, unfortunately.  Everything else 
sounds fine, depending on price.
